Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
You must be a human. Accounts created using bots or automated methods are prohibited.
You must provide accurate personal information, including a valid email address, during registration.
A single login may only be used by one person. Shared logins are not allowed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Theme Vista will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You are accountable for all activity and content posted under your account.
You may not maintain more than one account per individual or legal entity.
You must not use Theme Vista’s services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including violations of copyright or local laws.
Fast Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, we will upload your product file within 24 Hours to 48 hours (Mostly Under 5 Hours) and notify you. No delays, no complications.
Affiliate Program Use & Link Guidelines
Once registered for our Affiliate Program, you’ll receive a unique affiliate code. You may use links, banners, and graphics provided by Theme Vista in your website, emails, or other communications.
We will provide special link formats for accurate tracking and referral commissions.
You must ensure all affiliate links use the correct format.
Referral fees are credited only for purchases made through properly formatted special links.
Affiliate links must direct users to the relevant product page being promoted.
Customer Definition
Customers who make purchases through your affiliate links will be considered Theme Vista’s customers. Our policies, terms, and pricing will apply to those transactions. Prices and availability may change, and you should not display product prices directly on your site.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
The development and maintenance of your website
Proper technical operation of your platform and all related equipment
Ensuring all posted content is lawful, appropriate, and non-infringing
Disclosing to users how you collect and use their data, particularly in compliance with GDPR and cookie policies
Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including (but not limited to):
Anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM Act
Data privacy regulations such as GDPR
Term and Termination
This Agreement begins once your affiliate application is accepted and will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You or Theme Vista may terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
On termination, you must immediately remove all Theme Vista links, trademarks, and affiliate materials from your website or communication channels.
Upon program termination, Theme Vista will pay any outstanding commissions above ₹1500 INR in your account.
Account Suspension & Termination
Theme Vista reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or unethical practices
Your actions damage Theme Vista’s reputation or operations
Termination may result in loss of access and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Relationship of Parties
You and Theme Vista are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
You may not make any binding representations or commitments on behalf of Theme Vista.
Limitation of Liability
Theme Vista will not be liable for:
Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or revenue
Errors, downtime, or interruptions in service
Our total liability is limited to the referral fees earned under this Agreement.
Disclaimers
We make no warranties regarding:
The fitness or quality of products
The uninterrupted availability of the site or service
The success of affiliate referrals
Independent Investigation
By participating in the Affiliate Program or using our services, you:
Confirm that you have read and understood these Terms
Are not relying on any additional statements or guarantees outside this Agreement
Acknowledge that Theme Vista may operate competing sites or programs
Arbitration
Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential arbitration, except when Theme Vista’s intellectual property is involved. Arbitration will follow the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act or other applicable laws.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
You may not assign your rights or responsibilities without written consent.
Theme Vista’s failure to enforce any part of these Terms will not be considered a waiver.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Theme Vista.
